If you only have a week and want the greatest hits, this loop links four of the official scenic routes into a single circuit from Oslo and back. Out via Hardanger to Bergen, north through the Sognefjord and Aurland, over to the Geirangerfjord and the Trollstigen hairpins, then home across the Rondane and Dovre highlands. It's a lot of driving, pace it over 6 to 8 days and book ferries and Geiranger beds ahead in summer.
